1. Overview
NexerDoc is a telehealth platform providing access to Licensed Medical Oversight from board-certified medical professionals for semaglutide weight management. We stand behind the quality of our services and offer a transparent refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.
This Refund Policy applies to all services and products purchased through NexerDoc, including consultation fees, medication orders, and subscription plans.
2. 30-Day Refund Window
We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase for eligible services and products. This policy is designed to give you confidence in your treatment journey while we provide the medical oversight and support you deserve.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after 30 days will not qualify for a refund, though we will review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
3. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees cover the medical evaluation provided by our licensed medical professionals. These professionals review your medical history, assess your suitability for treatment, and develop a personalized care plan under our Licensed Medical Oversight program.
- Initial Consultation: If you cancel before your consultation appointment, you are eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee. If the consultation has already occurred, the fee is non-refundable as our licensed professional has already rendered medical services.
- Follow-up Consultations: Pre-paid follow-up consultations that are cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.
- Promotional Consultation: When a consultation is offered as a promotional discount, the discounted fee is non-refundable once the consultation has occurred.
4. Medication Orders
Our medication orders are fulfilled by licensed partner pharmacies under the supervision of our medical team.
- Unshipped Orders: Full refund available for medication orders that have not yet been shipped by our partner pharmacy. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an unshipped order.
- Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, the standard 30-day refund window applies. Refunds for shipped orders are subject to the conditions below.
- Delivered Orders: If you are not satisfied with your medication for any reason within 30 days of delivery, you may request a refund. At our discretion, we may require the return of unopened, unused medication in its original packaging. Refund amounts will be reduced by shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
5. Subscription Plans and Multi-Month Orders
For subscription plans and multi-month medication orders:
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are available within 30 days of the charge date. After 30 days, the current period's charge is non-refundable, but no future charges will be made.
- Multi-Month Plans (3-month, 6-month): Refunds for multi-month plans are available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds for the remaining unused portion may be considered on a prorated basis, minus shipping costs and any discounts applied to the plan.
- New Member Discounts: If a discount was applied to your order, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price paid, not the full retail value.
6. Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@nexerdoc.com or through the contact form on our website
- You must provide your order number and reason for the refund request
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing time for refunds is typically 5-10 business days from approval
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part
- Our licensed medical professionals reserve the right to determine medical appropriateness; refund eligibility is based on the purchase terms, not on medical outcomes
7. Prescription Fees
Prescription fees are the charges associated with the medical evaluation and prescription issuance by our licensed medical professionals. These fees are separate from medication costs and cover:
- Review of medical history and intake forms by a licensed medical professional
- Medical decision-making regarding treatment appropriateness
- Issuance of prescriptions when deemed appropriate under Licensed Medical Oversight
- Ongoing monitoring and follow-up care coordination
Prescription fees are generally non-refundable once the prescription has been issued, as our licensed professionals have already performed the medical evaluation. However, if we determine that a prescription was issued in error or if the medication is contraindicated based on information not previously available, we will provide a full refund of the prescription fee.
8. Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in cases where:
- We made an error in processing your order
- The product was damaged during shipping (please provide photographs)
- The wrong product was shipped
- The order was a duplicate due to a system error
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

10. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The timeline for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution:
- Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days
- Digital wallets: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfers: 5-10 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
11. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that medical circumstances can change. If your medical provider advises you to discontinue treatment, or if you experience a change in health status that necessitates stopping medication, please contact us. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a prorated refund or credit for future services.
Our Licensed Medical Oversight team is committed to ensuring that you receive appropriate care. If at any time our medical professionals determine that continued treatment is not in your best interest, we will work with you to address any outstanding payments.
